Pilates Flow is a business that specializes in providing both in-person and online Pilates classes, catering to individuals and groups. Our services include group classes, 1 on 1 private sessions, semi-private sessions, and online classes. We aim to promote a healthy lifestyle by offering a variety of Pilates programs tailored to different fitness levels and goals, as well as providing specialized sessions to meet the specific needs of our clients. Our young, highly certified, and progressive instructor teaches in a beautiful studio, and offers a diverse range of classes and personalized sessions to cater to different needs. Pilates Flow was established in 2021 after the owner completed BASI Pilates teacher training, marking an exciting career change. Our studio is located in Conwy, North Wales.

Hi, I am Marta and I am a certified Pilates instructor with a passion for teaching. I specialise in group classes and individual 1 on 1 sessions. I have an experience teaching both in-person and online sessions.
Born in the mountains, gone coastal
I grew up in the mountains of Poland, and developed a love of the sea when I came to the UK in 2015. I became a qualified Pilates teacher in 2020 when a major life event led me to a carrier change. I deepened my knowledge of anatomy and how the body moves, which I was always passionate about. I love the minimalistic approach to the discipline and I teach mat and foam roller pilates.
Mind - Body connection:
I enjoy spending time in the outdoors and nature, whether I am mountain biking, kitesurfing, paddle boarding or wild swimming. I feel truly connected to elements and myself, when I take a dip in a fresh lake, salty sea or a cold rock pool and I adore sharing those moments with my clients.
